What is the lead time for custom smoker orders?
Due to high demand and the handcrafted nature of our pits, custom smokers typically have a lead time of 8 to 12 weeks. You will receive a production update via email once your build begins.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Currently, we offer freight shipping to the lower 48 states and select regions in Canada. For international inquiries regarding smaller accessories and apparel, please contact our support team for a custom quote.
How should I season my new Chuds BBQ pit?
To prevent rust and build a non-stick surface, coat the interior with a thin layer of food-grade oil (like canola or grapseed) and run a hot fire between 275-300°F for several hours before your first cook.
What is your return policy on accessories?
Unused accessories and apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built smokers and used cooking equipment are final sale due to their bespoke nature.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer financing options through Shop Pay Installments for larger equipment purchases.
How do I track my freight shipment?
Once your smoker leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number and the contact information for the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
